Attend Orientation
Orientation sessions are a perfect way to learn more about VOA programs, our on-going volunteer positions, and our application process.
Due to the need for social distancing, in-person orientations have been cancelled. GOOD NEWS! We can orient you from the comfort of your home. Contact our Volunteer Services Director, Camille McDaniel, at volunteer@voaor.org to learn how.

To request general information about whether volunteering with us will help you meet your personal or professional goals, contact Volunteer Services by email or call 503-595-2009.
If you are interested in a one-time project, it is helpful for us to know your availability and what type of project interests you. If you are looking to adopt a project as a group, please share your preferred project, the number of individuals in your group, and your ideal dates & times. We will then send you a detailed description of your project and connect you with program staff to plan your day. Orientation and background check clearance are not required for one-time projects – you can sign-up today!
