We have probably done a dozen or so volunteer events in the last couple of years, but I don’t think I have ever received so much positive feedback from the participants. They all had a fabulous time and definitely feel it was for a very worthy cause.

Attend Orientation
Orientation sessions are a perfect way to learn more about VOA programs, our on-going volunteer positions, and our application process. Join us Thursdays at our administration building, 3910 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR 97214. Register to let us know you will be attending.Â

If you are interested in a one-time project, it is helpful for us to know your availability and what type of project interests you. If you are looking to adopt a project as a group, please share your preferred project, the number of individuals in your group, and your ideal dates & times. We will then send you a detailed description of your project and connect you with program staff to plan your day. Orientation and background check clearance are not required for one-time projects – you can sign-up today!
