Maree Wacker, MPP
With over a decade of leadership driving transformative change and strategic growth, Maree Wacker brings to VOA Oregon her unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and advocacy as President and CEO.
Maree served previously as CEO for Fora Health, growing the organization by $5.8M to $48.5M in assets, and as CEO for the Cascades Region of the American Red Cross, unifying six chapters across Oregon and Washington.
In Oregon, Maree has been a steadfast presence having served on the Oregon Resilience Task Force, as Addictions Chair for the Tri-County Behavioral Health Providers Association, and as Board President for the Oregon Council for Behavioral Health.
