Pam Belli is a Finance and Operations executive with over 25 years of diverse experience in public worldwide Fortune 100, private, non-profit and start-up companies operating in the medical, high-tech consumer, multi-state retail, technology, gaming and banking industries. She is passionate about helping companies create shareholder value through her leadership in financial management, strategy development and execution, streamlining operations, driving process and system improvement and developing highly effective teams. As Volunteers of America’s CFO, she is responsible for the agency’s overall financial management, capital and cash management, strategy development and execution, internal and external reporting, process improvement, system improvements and developing highly effective teams supporting excellent service delivery.
Prior to joining VOA Oregon, Pam served as the CFO at Fora Health, SVP for Finance and Operations at Unigo Group, a high-tech start-up for education, as CFO and COO of Root Whole Body, a whole-health wellness center and as CFO and VP of Business Development at Knowledge Universe (now Kindercare Learning). She also has served as Controller at Intel and in Finance roles in investment and commercial banking at NationsBank (now Bank of America) and Prudential Bank and Trust. She holds an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from University of Nevada, Reno. Pam has also held board roles at Fora Health, American Red Cross, and Northwest Narrative Medicine Collaborative.
