Christina has spent more than 12 years advancing programs that reduce recidivism, promote self‑efficacy, and foster long‑term stability for justice‑involved individuals. Known for her compassionate leadership and dedication to trauma‑informed, evidence‑based care, her work emphasizes building rapport, nurturing pro‑social lifestyles, and helping individuals access supportive housing, employment, and community-based recovery resources.
A natural mentor and advocate, Christina leads with empathy, integrity, and a belief that effective leadership means being the kind of person others want to follow. She is committed to strengthening communities, elevating the voices of those she serves, and creating systems that honor dignity, accountability, and hope. She holds an M.B.A. with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific University. She is credentialed by the state of Oregon as a Certified Drug Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II), Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA I), and Certified Recovery Mentor II (CRM II). She is also a current adjunct professor in the Addictions and Bachelor of Science program at Clark Community College.
