Our counselors will help you resolve any legal stipulations connected to your DUI charge for diversion, conviction, or restricted license issues.
Complete the Scheduling Form to submit a request for services. This form is open for new or returning individuals to Outpatient Services. Once we have received your request, our team will be in contact to schedule your appointment.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
