2018-2019 Volunteers of America Oregon Benefits Package:
Employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for a generous employer contribution for medical, dental and vision insurance, and employer paid basic group-term life and short-term & long-term disability coverage*. Health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, optional voluntary life insurance coverage, generous 403(b) employer contributions at the end of 18 months of service, employee assistance program, and participation in a pre-tax transportation benefit.
VOA Oregon also offers optional, voluntary prepaid legal and identity protection coverage, accident, short-term disability, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage.
