Training Objectives:
- Attendees will review the well documented literature and research surrounding trauma, grief and loss within addiction and recovery communities.
- Attendees will learn the basics of trauma-informed treatment strategies focused on grief and loss specific to addiction & recovery.
- Attendees will spend time practicing trauma-informed interventions to broach the topic of grief and loss within addiction counseling.
