For many, living in survival mode has been a long standing practice and way of life. Recurrent crises, past and complex forms of trauma, racialized trauma, and other challenges seemingly solidifies a perpetual survival mode cycle. This interactive discussion will explore ways individuals and communities re-center, refocus, cultivate joy, and move towards thriving rather than simply surviving.
