Marie Smith Center to Host Early Alzheimer's Support Group
Staring May 17th, a monthly support group for individuals in the early stages of Alzheimer's Disease and their caregivers will be available at the Marie Smith Center. Support will be provided by Volunteers of America Oregon direct care staff.
The Alzheimer's Association Early Stage Support Group is for individuals who have completed the Association Early Memory Loss Series. "The Alzheimer's Association - Oregon Chapter would like to offer much gratitude to the Marie Smith Center for partnering with us to offer space and staff support at our Early Memory Loss Support Group,” said Megan Lange, MSW, Program Associate.
