counselingA program providing monitoring and assistance for low-risk youth who are under supervision with Multnomah County and who are placed in the community pending their court hearing.

Staff works with youth ages 13 to 18 who have allegedly broken the law, but who are considered a medium risk to the community. With the court's approval, these youth are allowed to remain in the community and attend school or work while awaiting court trial dates rather than being held in detention. In exchange for this freedom, they must be monitored closely and follow the rules set by the court.
