In-Home Family Services

Family Connection provides In-Home Family Services, working to help stabilize families referred by DHS/Child Welfare by working to address a variety of needs. Services aim to build on family strengths to increase the ability to provide child safety and assist families in building community supports, so that they can keep children safely in their homes and/or prepare for reunification with their children.

We anticipate serving 99 families from October 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011.
